| In recent years,the railway passenger special line in our country has been greatly developed.The security and comfort of train generates higher requirements for the smoothness and stability. Compared with the traditional ballasted track, the non-ballasted track has the advantages of lower structure height,less maintenance, non ballast splashing, better stability, better durability and equal flexibility. However, the non-ballasted track in our country is still at the stage of initial development and lack of experience.Based on summarizing the current situation of non-ballasted track research and development both home and abroad, this paper introduces the concept and categories of non-ballasted track on the railway passenger special line, analyzes its characteristics,describes the main construction technology and technology of double block non-ballasted track and plate type non-ballasted track in detail.These two types of non-ballasted track are compared from the aspects of technology and economy. The technical aspect includes level of mechanization,technical difficulty and construction speed.The economic aspect includes the direct cost of track, the indirect cost of track, the maintenance cost and operating efficiency. Through the comparison, the advantages and shortcomings as well as suitable application conditions of these two types of non-ballasted tracks are definite.It is hoped that this paper can provide positive reference to the innovation of non-ballasted track construction and for the development of railway passenger special line in our country. |
