With massive construction of railway line for passenger traffic in China, the ballastless tracks were widly applied. However, the construction technology of ballastless track still lacked mature experience. Combining the construction technologies of slab track in Japan with the Chinese railway situation, some key technical problems for slab track construction were discussed on the basis of test section of new Guangzhou station in Wuhan-Guangzhou railway line for passenger traffic. The main works of the thesis are as follows.1. The project survey about the test section of new Guangzhou railway station and its related project was introduced, project characteristic was summarized and overall construction plan was also sketched.2. Foure construction methods for slab track were compared. The movement track law was chosen for the test section and its technical process was also introduced.3. The key construction technologies of slab track were introduced and analyzed with emphasis and the main technical contents include as follows: the construction craft and method of major components of slab track, such as the concrete bearing and convex retaining wall, the track slab, the cement asphalt (CA) sand mortar and filled cushion slab etc.; construction of bridge-subgrade transition; construction survey of slab track. The effect of CA sand mortar disease on vibration responses of high-speed train and slab track system was specially analyzed. It is pointed out that the material performance and construction technology of the CA sand mortar relate construction success or failure of the slab track. And the configuration and pouring technologies of the CA sand mortar were also introduced.4. The construction technology of continuously welded rail (CWR) of the slab track was discussed, such as construction craft process of 300m long rail welding in factory or at open site, loading, transporting and laying down, etc.. And the rail grinding technology and construction technology of rail expansion device were also introduced.In this dissertation, the goal of the main works mentioned above is to strictly control post-construction settlement and structural deformation. The core is to guarantee regularity, stability and durability of ballastless track. And the target is to realize the speed of 350 km/h for the infrastructures. In a word, some beneficial references are espected for independent innovation of construction technology of ballastless track in Chinese railway line for passenger traffic.
