The developments of the aero-engine testing probes are the main tools to test the conditions in the inner turbulent flow. But the development of the probes is always slow and expensive for the complexity and long period of the relative expensive experiments, which stop over the other related researches too. So it is very important to bring the technology of FEA, hoping it can promote the aerospace engineering. The aim of this paper is to develop a specified Simulation System for the Aero-Engine Testing Probes.In this paper, the rules of the Statistic, Modal, Harmonic and fatigue failure analysis have been researched for all kinds of probes researched by the 624 research institution. And then the APDL was used to describe the rules which are the foundation of this research. After the widely summarize of the technology of the ANSYS secondary development, many difficulties were solved in the interaction between Ansys and VC++. There main new points have been proposed as below.1. The concept of Object-Oriented Simulation is raised, after the combination of the Object-Oriented skills and the FEA. And detailed describes are list out in the paper.2. The Serialization Class has been used to simplify the management of the process of FEA, at the same time, the reversibility and recovery of which have been realized.3. The skills of the use of files of "star--.mac" have been used in the VC++ based in ANSYS secondary development which are orient used only in original development with APDL. This skill will enable this system recover the analysis of probes'objectives in the main window of ANSYS.This Aero-Engine Testing Probes'Specified Simulation System is a successful attempt of the ANSYS secondary development based on VC++, and the efficiency has been proved through practice use. Hoping the solutions to the difficulties faced list in the paper will help the researchers with the related jobs.
