With the rapid development of China's economic construction, power career development are expanding in scale. The face of the growing demand for power resources and the in-depth application of GIS technology, for existing two-dimensional GIS applications of the transmission management system limitations, three-dimensional GIS application example for the transmission management system relies on, discuss the three-dimensional GIS in the transmission of the management of critical technical applications.This thesis for the transmission of the actual conditions and characterized by, in mastering the basics of three-dimensional GIS-related case, First, the transmission management system organized massive multi-source data were analyzed,TIN can be used to model the terrain according to the complexity to determine the density and location of sampling points,and generate high-quality digital elevation model.Then study the massive multi-source data management, By SDE and Oracle combination to achieve the spatial data and attribute data seamless integration. And analyzed seamless roaming display, with details of the layered and multi-resolution texture technology can effectively solve the large data display complex scenes in real-time interaction,to improve the three-dimensional GIS transmission system efficiency of rendering speed and responsiveness. Finally, the target point and the line buffer is analyzed, circular step and convex arc fitting method can be used to achieve Boundary generation algorithm. Strong support by these key technologies and the implementation of the project,focuses on the visualization and spatial analysis capabilities of two characteristics of the transmission management system in three-dimensional application of key technology and algorithms. The results show that transmission through three-dimensional GIS, and integrate management system, and by means of a unique three-dimensional Geographic Information System Visualization and spatial analysis, transmission management system enables visualization and analysis of professional power, to help enterprises cost-effective decision-making and promote scientific management of the power industry. Main occupation as follows:(1) According to the recent status, analyze trends and make sense of this system design and objectives.(2) Describes the basis of relevant knowledge, including the concept of three-dimensional GIS, features, functions, three-dimensional data structure, spatial database, visualization and spatial analysis.(3) Research related to key technologies,including massive multi-source data organization and management,seamless roaming three-dimensional display and buffer analysis,detailed analysis of their specific solution.(4) Transmission of three-dimensional GIS management system analysis and design, focusing on the design of the system database, a detailed description of the system functional requirements.(5) According to the system example of visualization and spatial analysis of the transmission management system in three-dimensional application of key technology and algorithms.(6) Finally, the system was tested in various functional modules, the results show that the basic functions of the system to achieve the desired design requirements.
