Satellite application terminal system has widely foreground in military affairs, it can be used in the TT&C ground system for the aerocraft such as satellite, missile; it can be used for the receiving and transmitting of general spectrum signals or spread spectrum signals, used for telemetry, telecommand and data transmitting, putting an aerocraft into orbit. Therefore, adopting the software radio reconfigurable technology, to develop the satellite application synthesized terminal system with multi-modulation, multi-frequency, and is able to switch missions in the locale is the need of evolution.As the requirement of development of the satellite application terminal, this dissertation develops a satellite application terminal with TT&C function for S band, C band and spread spectrum signals based on the dynamic reconfigurable technology. With the dynamic reconfigurable technology, the terminal is able to switch functions in the locale. The adoption of dynamic reconfigurable technology improves the capacity of the equipment, cut down the development cycle, and cost.The dissertation describes principle of the satellite application terminal, expatiates the theory of satellite application terminal for various frequency and signals; illuminates the circuit design of dynamic reconfigurable technology, the interface design of the CPCI BUS, the design of the drivers and the monitor and control software for the terminal. The satellite application terminal uses FPGA and high speed DSP for the design of signal process and logic circuit, adopts the SOPC system based on NISOII to implement the dynamic reconfigurable function. The CPCI bus is used for the high speed data interaction between the terminal and computer.After the arithmetic researching, system designing, testing and observing for more than a year, the project has passed expertise appraisal, achieved the demand and gained good performance expected before.
