With the multi-stage compressor technology, leading to air flow to the downstream development of flow separation occurs. If the ventilation holes in the blade surface, to absorb the paste leaves a thick boundary layer, it is not possible to suction surface flow separation or delay the occurrence of separation in order to achieve the purpose of reducing flow losses. But the numerical simulation of the process affected by many factors, a lot of time wasted in the program above, this paper developed Cascade blade suction side exhaust simulation system.The system can be user input of various parameters compiled into FLUENT can read the data file to use FLUENT simulation of the cascade when the blade suction side exhaust flow turning angle and total pressure loss coefficient of the change, and intuitive graphical output researchers to better facilitate the analysis of various parameters on flow field in the cascade performance.To the design of the simulation system requires a comprehensive, clear needs analysis, requirements analysis is the first from the user's non-formal requirements to meet the requirements of the user process of software products through a variety of needs analysis, software make an overall design plan. As the simulation system is the use of simulation software called FLUENT simulation, so that FLUENT simulation software is the core of this thesis calculation software, to make use of the core flow field calculation software must calculate the process and the need for calculation of flow field detailed understanding of the parameters set. In the good preparatory work, the use of C ++ on software design and implementation functions, including input interface design and data interface design, and calls the core software modules and post-processing module.Simulation system to solve concrete steps are:the initial input parameters, boundary conditions, mesh generation, read grid file; established to solve the model; initialize the flow field, started solving; calculated after the completion of the simulation system records the data needed and output files needed to TECPLOT, analysis. The results show that the position of Department at the appropriate breathing can effectively control the development of boundary layer and the elimination of separation; a certain amount of suction, the suction surface along the blade suction can be found in the best position to meet the minimum loss of Cascade; the same extraction Location Service, the greater the cascade performance exhaust volume as possible. Cascade blade suction side exhaust simulation system design and implementation of the suction surface for the subsequent extraction of the cascade properties of the study provides a platform, so as to further optimize exhaust flow compressor blade design basis.
