The research object of the dissertation is to design, assemble and debug the equipment, which could realize the system performance test and fault allocation detection for FCC-86E flight control computer. Based on the project"FCC-86E flight control computer detection system", the detection system for the computer is developed independently in this paper.Based on the working principle of FCC-86E flight control computer, need of fault testing for FCC-86E flight control computer are analyzed particularly, total design project of test system is brought out. According to the need to test FCC-86E CPU, a type of external memory board is designed, which stores automatic testing program. The memory board as control center can control external adjusting circuit in order to implement the testing task.In order to accurately search and allocate the fault, the fault diagnose methods are studied, with the comparision, the traditional fault tree diagnose method is developed. With the discussion about the fault serching cases in the method, the heuristic fault searching strategy, to find and allocate the fault source of the flight control computer, is developed. With the theoretical analysis, the method could considerablely enhance the serching efficiency and detection accuracy compared with another method.Special hardware system is designed for transforming and modulating the signals of external A/D, D/A, DIO. Under Lab Windows/CVI programming environment, testing software system is developed, fault source can be diagnosed by using fault tree diagnosis method, the key techniques as anti-jamming and multithreading adopted in software system are explained.The integrated testing method and process of testing system and FCC-86E flight control computer are also presented. And the electromagnetic disturbance problem appearing in the on-line debug process is analyzed. Utilizing the external connection for the accumulators, the problem is solved effectively. The practical application shows that the testing system for FCC-86E can meet the testing need entirely, which has great applied values and economic benefits.
