In laboratory, we studied the sublethal effects and detoxification of Tetranychus turkestani's experimental population were determined by abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen in the biological and physiological level. The main results are as follows:1. T. turkestani's adult and eggs were determined by sublethal dosage of abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen. We found developmental period of the populations was significantly extended, but there were some difference of three acaricides on the developmental period.2. After T. turkestani's adult had been determined by sublethal dosage (LC10 and LC20) of abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen, the average oviposition quantities of T. turkestani were significantly lower than the control.3. The age-specile life table showed that the trend index of population of all treatment were lowered than the control's. The trend index of population of the dosage LC10 of abamectin was 0.91, the development of population was inhibited, and the trend index of population of others treatments were highered than control, so the development of population was growthed.4. The effect of sublethal dosage (LC10 and LC20) of abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen on the parameters of time-specile life table of T.turkestani after adult and eggs treatmented. The results showed that populations of net reproductive rate and intrinsic rate of increase were lowered, the population's intrinsic rate of increase treated by abamectin was lowered than that by pyridaben and spirodiclofen. That indicatied sublethal dosage of three acaricides could inhibit the population growth rate of T.turkestani, and the effect of abamectin was better than the others.5. The effect of dosage (LC10 and LC20) of abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen on survival rate and average the number of lay female everyday of T.turkestani after adult and eggs treatmented. The results showed that the survival rate and average the number of lay female everyday by abamectin and pyridaben treatmented adult were significantly lowered than the control; the next generation's the average the number of lay female everyday treated by sublethal dosage of spirodiclofen were significantly higher than control. That indicated the sublethal dosage of spirodiclofen could stimulate the next generation laying female, but parent's average the number of lay female everyday were lowered than the control.6. After the sensitive strain of T. turkestani's adult were determined by sublethal dosage (LC10 and LC20) of abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen, the effect of carboxylesterase content showed that vitality of carboxylesterase after treated were significantly lowered than the control, and vitality of carboxylesterase were lowered with dosage increase. That indicated the three acaricides could inhibit vitality of carboxylesterase of T. turkestani s adult, and it had dosage effect.7. After the sensitive strain of T. turkestani's adult were determined by sublethal dosage (LC10 and LC20) of abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen, the effect of phosphatase showed that sublethal dosage of pyridaben induced the activity of acid and alkaline phosphatase. The sublethal dosage of abamectin and spirodiclofen inhibited the activity of acid phosphatase.8. After the sensitive strain of T. turkestani's adult were determined by sublethal dosage (LC10 and LC20) of abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen, the effect of GSTs showed that after treated by sublethal dosage of abamectin and pyridaben could enhance activity of GSTs, but there were some differences between treated by abamectin and pyridaben on the activity of GSTs. After treated by sublethal dosage of spirodiclofen, it did't affect to activity of GSTs. That indicated T. turkestani's GSTs could participate detoxification action of abamectin and pyridaben, but not spirodiclofen.9. After the sensitive strain of T. turkestani's adult were determined by sublethal dosage (LC10 and LC20) of abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen, the effect of mixed-functional oxidase showed that ublethal dosage of abamectin and spirodiclofen could recrease vitality of deoxycytidylate hydroxymethylase of T. turkestani's adult, but pyridaben could inhibit. In conclusion, sublethal doages of abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen on T.turkestani had obvious sublethal effect. These were the developmental periods'next generation were significantly extended, the mean eggs and intrinsic rate of increase were lowered than control, the trend index of population of all treatment were highered than control except dosage LC10 of abamectin. After the sensitive strain of T. turkestani's adult were determined by sublethal dosage (LC10 and LC20) of abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen, the results showed that the activity of carboxylesterase was inhibited after treated by sublethal dosage of three acaricides; the activity of phosphatase was induced after treated by sublethal dosage of pyridaben, but the activity of acid phosphatase was inhibited after treated by sublethal dosage of abamectin and spirodiclofen; the activity of GSTs was enhanced after treated by sublethal dosage of abamectin and pyridaben, but by treatment of spirodiclofen was not changed; the activity of multi-function oxidase was inhibted after treated by sublethal dosage of pyridaben, but t treated by he sublethal dosage of pyridaben of abamectin and spirodiclofen were enhanced.
