The dissertation is mainly dealt with the effects of the plant-derived acaricide scopoletin on experimental populations of Tetranychus truncatus,including the sublethal dose of methoxybenzoin ester on the growth,development and the effect of detoxification enzyme activity changes in vivo.This study adopted scopoletine with the lethal dose(LC10,LC30)processing on Tetranychus truncatus female mites,The activities of the detoxification enzymes?GSTs,MFO,CarE?in vivo at 9 time points?2h,4h,6h,12h,24h,36h,48h,60h,72h?within 72h were studied using the population life table technique.The sub-lethal effect was studied using the population life table technique.Statistical analysis was performed on the experimental population parameters to evaluate the effect of sublethal doses of methoxy camphorate on the population structure of Tetranychus truncatus,provided a theoretical basis for its rational use as a plant-derived acaricide.The main results are as follows:1.The sublethal dose of methoxy pyrethane on the population of the test population of the Tetranychus truncatus.Leaf dipping method,treated with different concentrations of scopoletine Tetranychus truncatus female adult mites on the tag activity determination,got the sublethal doses dealt with after 48h of virulence regression equation for Y=0.02+0.84x,r=0.987.Lethal concentration LC50 was 0.944mg/m L and 95%confidence interval was 0.5932.217mg/m L.At the same time,the LC10 and LC30 of 48h were calculated as 0.029mg/m L and 0.227mg/mL respectively.2.The effect of methoxy mite on the detoxification enzyme system in the detoxified leaf mite.Sensitive to sectional shape of Tetranychus truncatus populations in the determination of detoxifying enzyme activity,the result shows:the GSTs LC300 48-60 h after treatment than a significant rise in energy,maximum 60h,2-60h after LC10processing than dynamic suppressed increases slowly,60h when maximum;After treatment,CarE was significantly increased 36-48h after treatment with LC30,the largest of which was 48h,and 36-60h was significantly higher than that in the LC10treatment,and the maximum was 60h.After treatment of MFO LC30,the activity of 24-36h was significantly higher than that of activity,and the maximum at 36h was significantly higher than that of 12-24h after LC10 treatment.The maximum was 24h.3.The effects of methoxy mite on the growth and reproduction of the F0 population.Through the formation of the life table and leaf dish method,the effects of scopoletine(LC10 and LC30)on the F0 generation population were determined.Results show that after the treatment with Scopoletine LC10 and LC30,the oviposition period and longevity of the F0 female were shortened,which also affected the oviposition of the female mites.The egg laying amounts and offspring sex ratio decreased,meanwhile the number of males in offspring increased.After the dosage was LC10 and LC30methoxy,the eggs of females were reduced by 19.34%and 21.84%respectively.After the treatment of LC30,compared with the control group,the spawning period and life span of the Tetranychus truncatus were significantly shortened,with the spawning period shortened by 31.62%and the life expectancy decreased by 19.30%.After the treatment of the agents(LC10 and LC30),the ratio of male to female was significantly lower than that of the control?0.9528?,which was 0.8175 and 0.7190 respectively.4.The effect of the lethal dose of meth oxygenate on the parameters of the F1 population of the Tetranychus truncatus.Through the forming the reproductive life table,the influence of the development period and fecundity of the experimental population on the F1 generation of the tetraploid mite was determined by the method of LC10 and LC30.The result shows that the egg period and the nymph period of the F1 generation were shortened,and the young pupa period and the second quail period were all prolonged.And there was no significant difference between egg stage,young stage and second nymph stage compared with the control?P>0.05?.There was a significant difference in the first fall period compared with the control?P<0.05?.The average longevity of adult and adult pupa was reduced,and there were significant differences?P<0.05?;the effect on the fertility of the F1 generation was mainly reflected in the shortening of the spawning period and the production.Decreased egg counts and female ratios decreased,and the number of females in the F1 population decreased.At the same time,through the establishment of scopoletine(LC100 and LC30)after processing the Tetranychus truncatus F1 generation of experimental population life table,the life table of the statistical analysis of the data and parameters found the Tetranychus truncatus F1 population intrinsic growth rate,net reproductive rate and growth rate and limited generation with an average duration of methoxyl incense mite ester concentration increases and a trend of decrease,population doubling time increase with the concentration methoxyl incense mite ester concentration and showed a trend of increase.The net reproduction rate of the F1 population decreased from 63.1500 to28.9500.Compared with the control,the average period of generation was significantly reduced,and the population doubling time was significantly prolonged.Thus,the result shows that under the effect of sublethal doses of stress,the scopoletine can affect the growth,development and reproduction of Tetranychus truncatus and influence the growth and reproduction,reduce the mite population reproduction rate,significantly prolong the population doubling time.Thus it has a positive effect on the control of pest by the scopoletine.
