Study On Agricultural Climatic Resource And Regional Planning Based On Gis In Tai'an

Agricultural climate resources are the basic material and energy provided by nature for agricultural production to obtain products. It is also an important environmental factor of agricultural production. This paper presents a means of evaluating and analysis agricultural climate resource in Tai An based on GIS technique and climate resource information.In order to make full use of the natural resource reasonably,the content and the results of research are as follows:1.Having studied the climatic changing characteristics of past more than 30 years in Tai An,and the yearly changing characteristics of the Tai An climate with the atmospheric background of global warming. The result shows that the temperature of the Tai An has been increasing in the last 30 years. To agriculture, the changing climate will have a remarkable influence on the crop production. Hence,it is highly necessary to have a research on agricultural climate resource and to improve and have a better exploitation of agricultural environment,and to readjust the agricultural configuration.2.This paper establishes the database of the agricultural climate resources by using the GIS technique. By the ulterior statistical analysis,the digital elevation model and spatial analysis model are established. With the model and the GIS technology,the high-resolution dimensional grid-layer chart of annual temperature and precipitation are based in Tai An.3.According to the grid analysis,several characteristics of resources of solar radiation, temperature and precipitation are found out. The solar radiation is greatly affected by the elevation height, and they have a good positive related relation. The annual mean temperature is increasing in general, and the motion variety also exists. The heat resources distribution reduces with the elevation ascending and increases with the latitude descending. The variety of precipitation is complicated, and greatly influenced by the elevation and the latitude. The various agricultural climate resources are beneficial for the crops production in Tai An.4.Accordin to agricultural climate resources of Tai'an spacetime distribution characteristics and different crops needs meteorological conditions, develop wheat, apple, chestnut, peach, cherry, the jujube crops and so on project zoning.The database of the agricultural climate resources by using the GIS technique provides a scientific foundation for establishing policy of guiding the different agricultural production. At the same time, it has the productivity meanings of optimizing the industrial structure of the local agriculture and improving the mass efficiency of the resource development.
