The essence of fermented soybean meal is deal with the fermentation of soybean meal. As the limition of size and cost of raw materials, small-scale, unstable mode of production is unreasonable and must be produced to the level of industrialization. The premise of Industrial technology is the establishment and improvement of "testing-analysis-feedback system". But the testing and measuring system of the Fermented soybean meal process is missing.In this experiment, the complete "detection-analysis-feedback system'is created in the first, and then process development, at the same time, the rationality of the system was verified. First, three principles for submerged fermentation process parameter selection is defined:1. Accuracy.2. Instant3. Multiple parallel test.The "detection-analysis-feedback system" of solid fermentation process was established base on the submerged fermentation process. When selecting and testing the physiological parameters, the greatest obstacle is the physical properties of materials.The solid fermented material is not uniform, so the selected samples should be broadly representative. More than one point should be tested and When the outliers were removed, the average should be consistency.Accordance with the habit of fermentation industry, all physiological parameters should be detected in the more dilute aqueous solutions. Industrial testing experience has shown that the quantitative detection test in aqueous solution is more precise than the solid condition. So, process parameters of the solid fermentation should be selected which is similar to the physiological parameters of submerged fermentation. Curve of these physiological parameters should be proved to be reasonable, and then the curve can be considered to be analyzed. In this paper, the rationality of the selected parameters and the validity of the detection were proved in theory and by experiment.In addition, the cost of fermentation risk was clearly put forward first time in this article. The quantitative evaluation of the cost was created because of the cost of risk fermentation and relatively reasonable index of fermentation process were used. So, the fermentation process could be comparied directly by means of data analysis.In this study, based on "detection-analysis-feedback system", fermented soybean meal process which was possessed industrial significance, can be amplified, stable and reasonable cost was established. The count of cost of fermentation risk, the comparison of relatively reasonable index, and the principle "the essence of fermented soybean meal is microbial treatment of raw materials" were employed in the configuration process of my fermented soybean meal process.
