Fermented soybean is a new kind of feed protein material which ismade under the condition of artificial control, using the microbial growth, reproduction and metabolism in the soybean meal. Accumulating beneficial bacteria, enzyme and intermediate metabolites. Microbial fermentation can not only eliminatethe adverse anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal, but also improve the nutritionalvalue of soybean meal. Bacillus subtilis, beer yeast, compound lactic acid bacteriawere used in this study to fermented soybean meal and soybean meal compound, studied the different nutritional properties of soybean meal before and afterfermentation. As a result of fermented soybean meal in piglets and fattening pig has alot of research, the application of fermented soybean meal instead of ordinary foodsresearch on the effects oflactating sows is seldom reported. So we chose the lactatingsows, Aimed to research the effects of feeding fermented soybean meal and fermentedsoybean meal composite material for lactating sows on the production performanceand blood, breast milk of biochemical indicators and microbial flora which toprovide a scientific basis for future use. This test will be divided into the followingtwo parts:Experiment1: First we maded0.15%strains of bacteria which contented Bacillussubtilis, beer yeast and Compound lactic acid bacteria, then Respectively to join in thegroup test Ⅰ, Ⅱ fermentation substrates, Test Ⅰ substrate had only soybean meal,And test Ⅱ substrate containing soybean meal, powder, salt, choline, soymealcomplex ore. At35℃constant temperature incubator fermentation ed72hours, andthen measured the nutritional value of before and after fermentation. The resultsindicated: The crude protein, calcium, phosphorus contents were increased by5.39%、12.90%、6.56%, compared with the unfermented soybean meal. The acid-solubleprotein content was increased by2.67folds, pH lowered to4.60, the lactic acid got to2.9×107CFU/g; The fermented soybean meal composite material also relatively changeed before fermentation, The crude protein, calcium, phosphorus contents wereincreased by6.43%、11.85%、6.94%, To further improved protein quality and feedingvalue in soybean materials.Experiment2:We selected110-day-pregnancy sows (Large White×Landrace) withthe same age, body condition and parities were randomly divided into three groups,6sows for each group,Feeding respectively basic diet, Fermented soybean meal,Fermented soybean meal composite material. The results showed that Sows fedfermented soybean meal and fermented soybean meal composite material, Couldsignificantly improve the lactating sows’ feed intake, piglet wean body weight andsurvival rate(P<0.05),besides, Could reduce the sow weaning estrus interval, but nosignificant difference (P>0.05),compared with the control group.; The fermentedsoybean meal and Fermented soybean meal composite material could improve crudeprotein, crude fat, calcium and phosphorus digestibility (P<0.05), increase milkprotein, lactose, and milk fat contents(P>0.05); reduce serum total cholesterol, ureanitrogen and Aspertate aminotransferase contents (P<0.05),compared with the controlgroup, But there were no significant difference in serum total protein, blood sugar, triglyceride, cereal third transaminase, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), IgG, IgA and IgM in different groups(P>0.05); increased fecal counts of beneficial bacteria in the groups of fermented soybeanmeal and fermented soybean meal composite material(P>0.05).
