New Neonicotinoid Synthesis And Insecticidal Activity Was Measured (c)

In order to search the introduction compounds for new pesticide, a total of two series of 24 unreported compounds shown in the formula (â… ) and (â…¡) were designed and synthesized though restructure the neonicotine compounds of clothianidin and imidacloprid.Eleven unreported 1-(2-chloro-5-thiazolylmethyl)-3-methyl-5-amido-1,3,5-hexahydrotriazine-2- N-nitroimines derivatives (â… a~â… k) were synthesized with carboxylic acid as raw materials via a series of nucleophilic substitution, Mannich condensation reactions .(2).Thirteen unreported 1,5-disubstituted-hexahydrotriazine-2-N-nitroimines derivatives (â…¡a~â…¡m) were synthesized with N-nitro-S-methylisothiourea and substituted benzylamines as raw materials via nucleophilic substitution and Manich reactions in turn. All these target compounds are new compounds and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, ESI and EI MS, and elementary analysis. Their physic-chemical properties, spectrum properties, reaction conditions and synthetic methods were discussed as well.Further more, in order to investigate the relationship between the structure of compound and its property, we nurtured and obtained a crystal structure of (â…¡h) by single crystal X-Ray diffraction analysis, as well as we have made some basic discussion on their structures and activities.The preliminary insecticide activities test of target compounds (â… ),(â…¡) are being tested in Department of Biological test of Zhejiang Chemical Industry Research Institute.
