The Extension Application Analysis Of Grain Drying Machine In Fujian Province

The paddy rice is the main grain plants in Fujian province, which planting area is 900,000 hm2, and annual output is over 5,000,000 ton. Now, the most farmers in Fujian Province are still adopting the nature method to drying rice. As grounds small, the dry efficiency is low, and the rice is easy to pollution. Therefore, all levels government, agriculture and food department in whole province are attached great importance to development and extension of grain drying machine, delaying food quality deterioration, and guarantee long-term safe storage of grain. In recent years, because of grain drying machinery's cost and operation mode etc., the extension of grain drying is not ideal, and grain drying mechanization degree is always very low. So reduced cost and finding an effective operational mechanism is necessary. And the government leads grain enterprises, seed companies, farm and major producers of grain to buy drying machine. This paper is studied to the cost and value of different operating mode in extension grain drying machine. I hope the study result has reference to extent and select the grain drying machine in south area.The paper is divided into 5 parts:Chapter 1:It is introduced domestic and international research dynamic state and trend, the paper's research background, purpose and meaning.Chapter 2:It is expatiated on the grain drying principle and method, and the influence of hot air temperature, volume, dry speed, time and cereal water content upon the grain quality in the drying process. It also introduced various drying machine and focus on comparison of model and function of the rice dryers commonly used in Fujian.Chapter 3:It is analyzes the present situation of rural grain dryness and characteristics of dryers. It indicates that should strongly developed six kinds of camp modes which is share type, business enterprise type, self-run type, cooperation type, leasing type and state owned type. It also analyzes the main problem and countermeasures of grain dryness in current food provenance.Chapter 4:It introduces grain dries cost theories and carries on cost analysis. It carries on economic adaptability analysis of 5 kinds of low temperature circulation dryers commonly used in Fujian which is SunCue NEWPRO-60 and SanFaFa 5HSG-60 and SunCue ACF-40 and SanFaFa 5HSG-30 and SanFaFa 5HSG-15.Chapter 5:It summarizes this text and gets conclusions that include method which reduces grain dry cost, and six kinds of camp mode with in keeping with rightness in response to the model, and main expandable point recently.
