As the world's largest cotton spinning, it is of great significance for China's cotton industry to have a stable cotton supply. Xinjiang, whose cotton production accounts for about 1/3 of the whole cotton production in China and nearly 8% of the world is the largest cotton-growing province in China. The cotton industry plays an irreplaceable role in the rural economy of Xinjiang and the development of the national economy. After entering the WTO, the cotton industry in Xinjiang goes on to develop in a long way and the cotton production continuously increase , therefore it has become an important sector in the agricultural economy of Xinjiang. China's cotton market fusing with the world's made the trade of cotton more free and further developing. So, to keep the continuous development of cotton production and the stable increasing of China, it is essential to further improve the cotton yield and the total output of China's cotton production.To improve the yield of cotton, it is an important measure to raise the level of mechanization of cotton, that is, the use of advanced cultivation techniques. Precise sowing refers to the accurate process of seeding crops with single- or double-grain tablets according to the row spacing, away from the tablets and the planting depth, stipulated by agronomic requirements. Precision is a comprehensive modernized technical measure that can increase the grain planting. The key component of the Precision seeder is the seed metering device, whose function is to send the seeds out from time to time and one by one, according to the design requirements. Uniformity is a significant criterion to measure the performance of the machine. Precise metering device can be divided into two broad categories, mechanical and air-force metering device according to the principle of seeding. The former, which is characterized by simple structured, low-cost, while has a high-seed-speed and a reliable selection of species is the direction of high-speed seed's. In this paper, I will give a thorough description about the process how the precise mechanical cotton-seed select and sow seeds. The main researches are as follows:First, the cavitations principle of the clamp-style cotton precision metering device's cavitation, to fight the theoretical point trajectory analysis and experimental study.Second, in order to ensure the impact of the main structure parameters for seeding,there was one system established by the PSD-8-type metering device performance testing machine, mechanical cotton seed precision, power systems, power monitoring board, computer and high-speed CCD camera.And it was an metering device performance of high-speed camera detection system system. Third, the three-dimensional entity is carried out on dyadic lined pliers cotton essence amounts rows kind of implement component and part under UG builds a model , assembles and row kind of implement suppositional model machine having become the complete machine model , having built UG-basedFifth, the analysis and verification to the bench test and field test of the optimized seed-metering device.Fourth, it is established the hill-drop that devices into the ADAMS in the UG, the use of ADAMS on the metering device for kinematic/dynamic simulation analysis, to determine the optimal combination of structural parameters.Fifth, the analysis and verification to the bench test and field test of the optimized seed-metering device.
