Taking on the merit of saving load and time, enhancing yield, precision planting is the direction of planting. It is very important to improve the efficiency. So, precision metering device, as a key part,becomes a study hotspot especially its dropping frequency. According to its working principle, precision metering device can be divided into the pneumatic and the mechanical. Although the former has higher speed, it's complicated structure and higher price embarrass its popularization in our country. While the later, having simple structure and lower price, can't fill the high working speed. So, we study its key technology so as to solve this conflict. Because precisely sows seeds may guarantee the seed in the field most reasonable distribution, broadcasts the type and quantity precisely, distance between plants even, broadcasts deeply consistent, has created the optimum condition for seed's growth, may massively save the seed, reduces the field thinning to employ labor, guarantee crops high and stable yield, but quite is high to seed's request. Therefore, for develops the Xinjiang's tomato industry, the tomato precise sowing seeds machinery request is more and more high, needs more and more urgently.The tomato sowing machine in the currents using mostly changes on the original other type sowing seeds machineries, its have the limitation of the greet capacity sowing, unstabilizing fact of the sowing, breaking the line, broadcasts deeply controls with difficulty and so on. fine quantity seeder The development and the development of the tomato's precision metering device conforms to the current Xinjiang agriculture development requirement. The few precision technology is the fine accurate agricultural important content, using this technology to be possible to reduce the production cost, to increase tomato's planter benefit, to strengthen the Xinjiang's tomato market's the competitive power.The machine from overseas introduction although may realize fine quantity sowing seeds, unsuitable Xinjiang's planter present situation, therefore, this design goal is according to the Xinjiang tomato sown area development tendency, the design the quite ideal type uses in producing at present.Developing a new mechanical precision metering device for potato's seed . Pass to analyze the former's metering device and cultural heritages datas, we made a project for this design. The main tasks are as follows: 1,Have conducted the detailed research to structural design of the tomato precision metering device and working mechanism, (including filling, clearing, retaining and dropping's processes) Setting up the models of working processes.2,We have established metering device's hypothesized prototype, and have carried on dynamics simulation to it, Which establish the basement for the optimized design to the metering device's structure.3,Further proves the rationality of the metering device through the experiment , Discovers a best dropping seed speed of the metering device, and had determined technical performance target of the metering device.The study lay the foundation for farther optimized design, meanwhile it can be as an important reference for designing new precision metering device.
