| The molecular changes of affection to erthrocytic membrane in low phosphorus cows were studied by the method of dividing into groups. The cows were divided into two groups, including low hosphorus (LPG) and health group (HG). The content of phospholipid composition and fluidity, Viscosity and activity of calpain and ca2 AT- Pase of erythrocytic membrane, erthrocytic anti oxidant functional indexes (SOD, CAT, MDA), Scan freeze etching microscopic observation, the expression of mem- brane associated complement regulatory proteins (CRP) D59 were detected . The re- sults are as follows: 1. The content of phospholipid composition in LPG changed significantly: phos- phatidylserine (PS) content in LPG was significantly lower than in HG, fluidity and de- formability of erythrocyte in LPG in comparison with PS were significant negative corre- la tiOn. 1. The anti xidant function of erythrocyte in low phosphorus cows decreased sig- nificantly. . Eerery indexes reflecting the anti oxidant functions of erythrocyte had significant differences between the two groups. There were a significant positive corre- lation between serum phosphorus and erythrocytic SOD activity and CAT activity and a negative correlation between serum phosphorus and erythrocytic MDA content. 2. The thoroughfare coefficient of anion in LPG increased significantly It proved that band III was significantly increased than HG. It shows the quantities of GPI decreased significantly in LPG. Erythrocytic in LPG were to identify by the system of complement regulatory and destroyed by it. 4. Freeze tching microscope scans the proteins of erythrocytic membrane in low phosphorus cows. The glutaraldehyed fixed membrane surface of RBCs. and on manometer range it shows that the proteins of erythrocytic membrane in LPG had great change in destructure and function. |
