| AbstractThe expression of IFN-γ in spinal cord and endocrine gland in rat was studied and the correlation between acupunture and immuno-neuro endocrine net was discussed . The SD rat were grouped to control group, Houhai point group, immunosuppressive group and immunosuppressive+ electroalupunture (EA) group. The Houhai point of rat was electroacupuntured by using acupunture instrument (G6805-2A, intensity was 3V, frequent was 2Hz, time was 30 miniture), and the changes of the distribution of IFN-γ-like immunoreactive(IFN-γ-li) products in spindl cord, pituitary , ovary, testis and pancreas gland were studied by using the technique of immunohistochemistry SP. The results as follows:1. The change of IFN-γin spinal cord The IFN-γ-li neurons extensively distributed in respective layer of spinal and in control group and the distribution was intensive in the Rolando of dorsal horn, intermediolateral nucleus and ventral nucleus. The number of IFN-γ-li neurons didn't change obviously after electroacupunturing the Houhai point. The IFN-γ-li neurons showed the descending tendency in immunosuppressive group, especially in the Rolando of dorsal horn. But the number of the IFN-γ-li neurons weren't obvious different between immunosuppressive+EA group and control group. The results showed that IFN-γexisted in spinal cord of SD rat, and IFN-γ may play the role of immunomodulation or neuropeptide in soindl cord.2. The change of IFN-γ in pituitary The IFN-γ-li fibers extensively distributed in anterior pituitary of control group, and few positive neurons was detected. The effect of EA on IFN-γ-li positive products in pituitary wasn't obvious in Houhai group.The IFN-γ-li positive cells weren't detected in anterior pituitary of immunosuppressive group,but the density of positive fibers was similar to the control group. The number of positive cells in immunosuppressive+EA group was higher but the density of positive fibers was lower than control group.The results suggested that the IFN-γ may be synthesized in anterior pituitary in SD rat and IFN-γ may transmit the signal in pituitary.3. The change of IFN-γ in ovary The IFN-γ-li positive products distributed in the granular cell of follicle and corpus luteum of ovary of control group. The change of IFN-γ-like positive products wasn't obvious in Houhai group.The density of IFN-γ-li positive fibers in ovary of immunosuppressive group was much lower than control group,but the change of positive cells wasn't obvious in follicle. The density of positive cells and fibers in ovary of immunosuppressive+EA group ascended a little,but it wasn't obvious compared with control group.The results suggested that the IFN-γin ovary may have closely relationship to the developing mature of follicle and ovulation.4. The change of IFN-γin testis A few of IFN-γ-li positive products were detected in interstital cell of control group. The effect of EA on IFN-γ-li positive cells in testis of Houhai group wasn't obvious.The IFN-γ-li positive cells in testis of immunosuppressive group was weak stained and the outline of positive cells wasn't distinct. Many IFN-γ-li positive cells were detected in testis of immunosuppressive+EA group , but which didn't obviously changed to the control group. The result showedthat the interstitial cell could synthesis the IFN-γ and IFN-γmay modulate the deueloping mature of sperm.5. The change of IFN-γin pancreas gland The IFN-γ-li positive products existed in pancreas islet of control group. There wasn't obvious changes of IFN-γ-li positive cells in Houhai group. Few of IFN-γ-li positive producbs was detected in immunosuppressive group, and the outline of positive cells wasn't distinct.The IFN-γ-li positive cells wake presented in pancreas islet of immunosuppressive+EA group, but there wasn't obvious different between immunosuppressive+EA group. The result suggested that IFN-γ existed in the pancreas islet of SD rat and IFN-γ may modulate the secretion of other hormones in pancreas islet.Electroacupuntu... |
