The sexual hybridization offspring from Fasciated soybean of American (FSA) definite podding habit soybean of china-7514 are various. 94-1-1 & 94-1-6 are high generational excellence special plant types soybeans systematically selected from the offsprings. These 4 kinds of soybean were tested and analysed in some items including Photosynthetic rate, Transpiration rate, Water use efficiency, Leaf soluble protein , Leaf dry weight per unit area(SLW), Peroxidase(POD), Catalase(CAT), Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and some other seed testing index. There biological morphological properties were also observed and recorded. Physiological & morphological differences comparison of parents and hybrid offspring provides theory basis for the selection of special plant superhigh yield soybean .The photosynthetic rate variation of 4 kinds materials is basically the same in different growth phase .The offspring's photosynthetic rate is obviously higher than their parent after the period of Seed filling and drop is slow from he period of Seed filling to the last period of Seed filling. The day variation of photosynthetic rate shows that the offspring are closed to FSA and greatly different from common soybean of China. The Water use efficiency variation in different growth phase shows that it is basically the same in early stage, the offspring are better than parent after the period of Seed filling .The drop is slow in the last period of Seed filling. The LSP and SLW variation in different growth phase also show that they are higher in the offspring and in the parents, especially in the period of Podding and the period of Seed filling.The offspring inherit the excellent Leaf growth character of FSA. It varies from whorled to opposite. Most of the leaves grow on the upper-middle part of a plant. This can increase the effective photosynthetic surface .The offspring's inflorescence character variation is distinct compared with the parents. The offspring's inflorescence is grown on the shoot apex and it is definite. Flower scale and Leaf special growthcharacters are beneficial in accumulation photosynthetic product and reduce the Flower and pod adscission rate. The 52.8% &46% Flower and pod adscission rate of the offspring are much lower than the parents' 87.7% and 75.4%. The hybrid offspring's hundred grain weight and grain /stem rate are bigger than FSA. Their character are close to definite podding habit soybean of china-7514, with higher exceptions.FSA & the common soybean of China are not only morphological but geographic distant, so their hybrid offspring are engender variation. According to the results of activity POD, CAT, SOD, the offspring are different from parents and the difference is remarkable.
