This study collected the fruit trees at home and abroad for irrigation and irrigation methods on plant photosynthetic indexes on the basis of the research material.In sunny windless weather with the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis measuring system,by taking 8 different provenances of jujube as the studying objects,the photosynthetic characteristics,diurnal variations,transpiration rate and the intercellular CO2 concentration comparative analysis have been investigated.Further understanding of different Chinese Jujube Jujube Cultivars in drought little rain environment adaptability,in order to provide a theoretical basis for jujube cultivation and management measures and scientific layout.With the research of daily variatial and annual change, the conclusion as follows:?1?Through the comparative analysis of photosynthesis daily mean value:exhibition period to maturity,Dynamic change rule basically the same of the same photosynthetic index. Daily variation were obvious double-peak curve of Pn on most jujube cultivars,there was an obvious “noon break” phenomenon;correlation analysis showed that,Gs is the largest impact factor in Pn,the PAR,Tr,RH,Ci has great influence on the Pn,Ta is the smallest factor influence on the Pn.?2?From the point of comparison between photosynthesis average found that in juj ube whole growth,Gs,Tr and Pn is almost the same change rule,in July,August,Septemb er volatile account for jujube photosynthesis active;correlation analysis showed that the Pn of Bianhesuan and Zanhuang jujube were negatively correlated with the Tr,other ju jube varieties of Pn were positively correlated with all the factors and Gs,Ci of Pn re lated index were significantly higher than other factors,among them,Gs for Yuancui,Jixi n,Huizao,Banzao has significant correlation,Ci for Yuancui,Bianhesuan,Huizao,Banzao ha s significant correlation,However,the Tr for Banzao has significant correlation,negative correlation to Bianhesuan and zanHuang jujube.?3?Through the analysis of Pn,Tr and WUE with all jujube varieties clustering fro m exhibition leaf stage to fruit enlargement period was that Huizao,Jixinzao,Yuancui,Ji nzao,Bianhesuan and Zanhuang belong to high Pn and high WUE jujube cultivars.Ban zao and Jinsixiaozao belong to low Pn and low WUE jujube varieties,drought in the r egion environment adaptability and improve production has more advantages.so,more suitable for cultivation under the environment of drought and water shortage around oasi s in Tarim Basin.
