The experiments indicated that the AFB, content and activity of PI, PAL, endochitinase,exochitinase, P -l,3-glucanase,LOX-KLOX-3 were different among the varieties gui hua 17, gui hua 20, gui hua 22, gui hua 100> guang xi nong jia zhong, shan you 21 , shan you 27-, shan you 7K shan you 523, yue you 58, yue you 79 -. zhan you 30,in which the activity of PI and the concerned enzymes responsible for resistance of the four varieties yue you 58-, gui hua 22 were comparative high and the AFB, content were comparative low.but shan you 523 and gui hua 17 were reverse.Many investigations have showed that there were positive correlation between the activity of the concerned enzymes and the resistance of the varieties, in which the activities of PI and the concerned enzymes responsible for restistance of the four varieties yue you 58,gui hua 20,gui hua 22,shan you 21 were comparatively higher and the AFB, were comparatively low.but shan you 523 and gui hua 17 were the reverse.So,coincident with my experiments.The conclusion can be drawn the gui hua 22, yue you 58 were the relative resistant varieties and shan you 523, gui hua 17 were the relative sensitive varieties.The peanut shan you 523 were treated with O.lmmol/L MJ and Immol/L MJ.accomparied with drought at the start stage and middle stage of development.Then Aspergillus flavus was inoculated after one week and two weeks behind drought respectively. The pod treated by MJ in different stages were used to investigate the activity of the enzymes responsible for resistance.lt showed that at the start stage MJ can induced the formation of PI and activity of PAL, P -1,3-glucanase, LOX-1, LOX-3.In addition.it was more significant for the activity of LOX-1 and LOX-3 to treat pod with Immol/L MJ than with O.lmmol/L MJ.However,it exerted little influence on the activity of chitinase.The treatment with96MJ can lower the content of AFB,,that was increased by Aspergillus flavus inoculated.The effects on the concerned substance and enzymes activity is similar when the mature seeds were treated with MJ.So,it can be concluded that MJ induce and increase the substance and activity of the enzyme responsible for resistence to Aspergillus flavus.After being stored in the saturated LiCl and MgCl2 solution.the peanuts shan you 523 ^ yue you 79 % zhan you 30 were treated with MJ and continued store for 3 N 6 months.Following that treatment the peanut were cultured with Aspergillus flavus for 9 days.The results indicated MJ promoted peanuts' resistance to Aspergillus flavus by increazing the activities of PAL ^ endochitinase^ exochitinase and lowering the content of AFB,. Data also revealed the method of storing had little effects on the content of substance resistant to Aspergillus flavus. Whether treated with MJ or not,The activityies of enzymes there peanut varieties stored in LiCl saturated solution were higher than that of stored in MgCl2 saturated solution.However,the reverse was true for the activity of PAL of peanuts stored in two solutions .Consequently,the investigations indicated the different water content of peanuts resulted in different activities of the concerned enzymes.The enzymetic activities of the low water-contented peanut varieties after being stored in 7 months were higher than the high water-contented peanut varieties,which were more available to the resistance to Aspergillus flavus.
