One of the important symbol is levying water-rate by quantity having substituted levying by mu. This requires measuring water should be carried out thoroughly, especially in sublateral canals and field ditches. As the whole country, for various of reason, especially the cause of inferior economy development, Irrigation district water-measuring hasn't been fulfilled. So developing new facilities and instruments, which correspond present economy conditions, have lower price and can be extended, becomes basic springboard of water-measuring in irrigation district.This paper firstly introduces basic principle and each using condition of common water-measuring method, Analyses main problems during the developing and researching about water-measuring meters and devices in irrigation district, Put forward some ideas that combine the practice of irrigation district, Choose suitable water-measuring facilities and advance economy development of irrigation district.Automatic water-measuring meter is the combinative production of traditional method and present CMOS integration circuit technology. It consists of water-level sensor and mainframe circuit. On the basis of analyzing its application, this paper gives the design of mainframe circuit, including time circuit, time-sequence circuit, input-interface circuit, switch circuit and power circuit. Then makes a detailed study on the water-level sensor : Analysis its working principles, measurement conditions and accuracy, at present, water-level sensor has various sorts and different prices,this paper makes a detailed research about the principle, characteristic and application of the CYG19:solid-state pressure transducer. And then the text make a research about the system interference, including interference source, types, propagation path and anti-interference measure. At last, having experiments validates its practication.
