The development status of agricultural modernization depends largely on thewater-saving irrigation automatic control system technology level. The biggest restrictioncauses efficient agricultural development in China is relatively low level of automationirrigation system. At the same time, the shortage of water resources has becomeincreasingly evident, the traditional irrigation and serious waste of water resources.Basedon this situation, this paper studies a can save irrigation water in the irrigation system, thissystem takes the MCU as the core controller, achieve the purpose of saving water irrigationthrough micro-irrigation way, not only can save water, but also can reduce the labor force,to promote the development of agricultural modernization. This paper mainly studies thecontrol circuit and the control program, relationship between the amount of irrigation andsoil moisture control system of water saving irrigation. The system in the micro-irrigationtechnology as the theoretical basis, using PC and single-chip microcomputer as the corecontrol system, real-time detection of soil moisture content, according to crop water statusand compare the actual soil moisture timely, adequate irrigation.The system uses the AT89C51microcontroller, computer selection is PD above PC,the computer is the RS-485bus connection. The hardware system mainly consists of soilmoisture measuring instrument, data processing circuit, data transmission circuit, datadisplay circuit, alarm circuit and output control circuit. The software system uses theassembly language programming. Host computer using VB language to designman-machine interface, simple and intuitive, easy to use, The operator can be observedfrom the man-machine interface for real-time soil moisture, crop water requirement,whether to need irrigation or drainage, irrigation or drainage time and content, alarminformation, virtual operation buttons etc. Only need to implement irrigation action byoperating the computer virtual button, to meet the needs of automatic stop when irrigation.The design of the control system of water saving irrigation, distribution in field soilmeasuring instrument for real-time detection of field soil moisture data for simulation, thedetected amount, after analog-digital conversion circuit is converted to digital quantity, isdisplayed in the LED screen. At the same time, the data transmitted by the datatransmission circuit for PC PC display in man-machine interface. We use the serialcommunication to realize the data transmission between PC and MCU, receives the PC PCsoil moisture data, combined with the preset crop water requirement and irrigation system standard of irrigation rate, the irrigation data required combined formula preset, anddisplaying the specific time required and irrigation water use in the man-machine interface.If the need for irrigation, press virtual buttons, PC machine will be related to SCMinformation feedback, irrigation SCM solenoid valve drive, computer displays to thecountdown display remaining irrigation time, irrigation time, irrigation has been remaining,irrigation amount and other information. If do not need irrigation, are not issued a directive,SCM is not executing operations.This system uses the micro irrigation technology to replace the traditional irrigationmethod, achieve the purpose of saving water irrigation.The system has strong expansibilityand upgrade the space, a little change can have more powerful function, high variability,adaptability is strong, suitable for the characteristics of China’s development andmicro-irrigation technology characteristic of soil.
