This system is on the basis of "The Standard of Sprinkler Irrigation" .It has summarized the practice of water-saving irrigation in Jiangsu recently and has listened to many experts and scholars of water-saving irrigation. This system is built by Visual Basic. With friendly surface and powerful function of Visual Basic, optimization function of Matlab, automation-drawing function of AutoCAD, calculation function of Excel and word-dealing function of Word, it realizes the wisdom system of many software. With the help of this system, the user can complete the planning and designing of sprinkler irrigation easily. And the system can give a planning and designing drawing, a sheet of equipment and budgetary estimate. The user will work more efficiently with it.In addition, the thesis poses that the pipeline of sprinkler irrigation can be optimized by using the Hopfield Model of Artificial Neural Networks. And it has achieved good results in this way.
