| Modern research show that the mythic fungus has the various pharmacological function, for example, it can treat or adjust central nervous system , breath system, cardiovascular system , liver, smooth muscle, incretion and immunity system. The mythic fungus has been used in clinic widely and is particularly effective in treating chronic bronchitis, coronary heart disease, hyperlizpemia, leukopenia, aplastic anemia, Keshan disease, myotonic dystrophy, alopecia areata .hepatitis, neurasthenic and cancer. Its efficiency can reach to 30%, and total efficiency in 70%-90%. The reasons the mythic fungus can treat these diseases are that the mythic fungus can increase the function of the immune system and strengthen the human body anti- disease ability. However, the supply of the mythic fungus falls short of demand at present, because there are few wild mythic fungus, whereas cultured cultivation is limited in summer and autumn, therefore, it's very necessary to do some research on increasing the yie]d of the mythic fungus.It can make the mythic fungus get the better growth by making use of the artificial inoculate and controlling the indoor environment. This technology is just used for over 40 years. It includes: (1) indoor cultured bottle- cultivating: This method is expanded all over the country in the 70's, which is used up to now. (2) indoor cultured bag-cultivating: Using plastics bags specially made which can resist high tempreture, high pressure and not poisonous instead of glass bottles. This method began from the end of 70's and is used up to now. However, using traditional cultivation we cannot get high yield. Although there are a lot of reports about the relevant key technique parameters of cultivating mythic fungus on various books and periodicals, these parameters are incongruent. Besides, the experiments on these parameters are almost single-factor, and no systematic experiments have been done.We did a lot of research on indoor cultured mythic fungus in 2003, according to related datas and practice, we chose a few keys technique parameters of the mythic fungus to do some experiments in order to determine the most suitable terms of cultivating mythic fungus to increase the yield of the mythic fungus. This research is divided into three parts, the first, to make contrast experiment between two kinds of methods of cultured cultivation used at present; The second, to make orthogonal experiment with the reference of the weight of fresh mythic fungus and the finished product rate on four keys technique parameter in the stage of the growth of mycelium, that is, the formulation of the substrate, the ratio of the material and the water in the formulation of the substrate, the cultivation temperature and humidity; The third,to make orthogonal experiment with the reference of the finished product rate and the pollution rate on four keys technique parameter in the stage of the growth of fruiting body, that is, the numbers of opening holes in the plastic bag, the quantity of adding water in the formulation of the substrate, the cultivation temperature and humidity.Results show: (1). Add wheat bran, corn powder and rice straw powder separately to the substrate of sawdust educates, the order of the finished product rate from high to low is corn powder, wheat bran and rice straw powder, the reason is that corn powder contain more abundant nutrition than the others. (2) Compared with_the method of cultivating in the bottles, the method of cultivating in the plastic bags has a few advantages: for one thing is that the fresh mythic fungus produced is big in weight and high in finished product rate; for another is the cover of the mythic fungus is big; Besides, the cost of the polypropylene bags is lower than that of the bottles. Finally, the polypropylene bags are more easily carried than the bottles. (3)It's better that the quantity of containing water is 150% in the stage of the growth of mycelium and 220% (add 70% of water) in the stage of the growth fruiting body.
