Based on the infiltration tests of the surface stratum and the bottom of ploughed stratum of YuCheng experimental station, the infiltration experiential expression which is appropriate for local farmland is ascertained. And descriptive statistics and geostatistics are used to analyze and study the spatial variability of soil infiltration parameters(Steady infiltration rate and Infiltration experiential index). The research results provide basis for quantitative appraising natural environment and predicting soil moisture's distribution and spatial variability and availably controlling, preventing and curing soil basification. It is of a great significance to know groundwater circulation and coach irrigation and improve the bio-environ conditions. The main research results are summarized as following:(1) Horton infiltration experiential formulation and Philip infiltration academic formulation are applied to count the measured data, and the Horton's simulation values accord with the measured data.(2) Descriptive statistics provides the statistical results and probability distribution for soil infiltration parameters of this field. The coefficient of variation (C_v) value can be used as the criterion of parameters variability and to confirm the hits and samples distribution.(3) These parameters can be regarded as the regionalized variables, and the computed data is analyzed by the theory of variogram. The variogram model of these soil infiltration parameters was presented. Using the Kriging interpolation technique to estimate these soil infiltration parameters spatial distribution over the entire plot area.On the basis of the measured data and isoline diagram, hereby analyzing the rule and difference of infiltration of the surface stratum and the bottom of ploughed stratum, as well as space configuration and variability character. The results show that the surface stratum's vertical infiltration capacity is better than the bottom of ploughed stratum's and it is a larger variability of the steady water infiltration rate than variability of the infiltration experiential index.
