Nowadays, magnetic treatment technology as an agricultural physics technology, has been used in revulsive breeding, revulsive mechanism, output development and bacteria killing. One method of this technology is to get magnetic treatment water by letting common water to flow through magnetic line ,then use this magnetic treatment water to dip seeds and irrigate crops.In this paper, a serial of biological experiments has been done to investigate the influence of magnetic treatment water on some familiar crops,including corn,sugarcane,rice,soybean and wheat.Magnetic treatment water was used to dip seeds and irrigate seedling of the crops.The growing process of the crops was observed.The chloroplasts were prepared from fresh leaves of these crops ,and were detected by using FTIR.The seed proteins were analysed by using SDS-PAGE.It was found that magnetic treatment water can accelerate the growth of the seedling compared with the control groups.Some peak position differences were observed from FTIR between the experimental groups and the control groups.It was explained that magnetic treatment water affected the secondary structures of the proteins.Using SDS-PAGE on analysing the seed proteins, the result showed that there were some differences occuring in the blots of proteins between the experimental groups and the control groups.In summary, magnetic treatment water has some effect on the crops ,not only in macroscopical level but also in microcosmic level.
