Agriculture is the foundation of the contemporary economy, agricultural development or stagnation if not in harmony on the construction of socialism will lose the foundation. Modern technology will be a lot of physical principles of physics knowledge and practical application of technology through its unique way of application to agricultural production which, crop seed treatment, can be used instead of pesticides, fertilizers, can increase crop germination rate, disease resistance and more effective to increase production. In the physics of agricultural technology, the application of magnetic field or crop seeds soaked in water for irrigation of agricultural technology is a relatively common physical and simple practical application. Through studies have shown that magnetized water soaking through crop seeds, the germination rate has increased, and the root growth and seedling vigor case of plants has increased, on this basis, to improve the respiration rate of seeds, improved seeds soil moisture and nutrients absorption capacity, increased crop yields.This article magnetization crop seed treatment designed a magnetic water treatment devices,mainly for its electromagnetic field generating portion and hardware control part of the design.Electromagnetic field generating section is divided into two parts of the core and the coil, in order to obtain a uniform variable magnetic field, reduce losses, the core of soft magnetic silicon steel production. Using E-shaped core as the core structure of the device, on both sides of the E-shaped core gapped holes, the water penetrates the air gap, the electromagnetic field can be fully utilized.It analyzes the basic theory of the electromagnetic field, and according to the formula show that the device may be designed to generate a magnetic flux density of 0 ~ 5000 GS. The circuit control part mainly includes the microcontroller and the peripheral circuit, and has completed each part of the software control flow design. Mainly include: STC15W4K32S4 microcontroller system,AD5272 digital potential controller, LM2596 switch voltage regulator, Holzer sensor, keyboard input and display circuit. The input value of the magnetic induction intensity is real-time contrast with the actual value, and the output value is adjusted, so the magnetic induction intensity tends to be stable.Magnetized water treatment plant design is completed, the magnetic flux density generated error analysis, within a predetermined range of error, verify the means to meet the basic requirements of the experiment. With this arrangement magnetic ordinary water, analysis and comparison of the magnetized water and ordinary water, PH value and the resistance value, andsoybeans, wheat, tomato soaking experiments with magnetized water and make the appropriate comparison of the data analysis, the use of magnetized water soaking seeds experimental crop seeds the germination rate has increased most.
