In this paper, we recearched intergeneric hybrids during Brassica rapa,Brassica napus and Brassica juncea created Brassica napus with multiloculus. We set out whether genes which control multilocular and normal capsular is alleles, and identified sterile style of JN55A CMS. The main research results are the following:1. Brassica napus with multiloculus, created by crossing between Brassica napus L. (AACC) and Brassica campestris L.(AA), crossed with normal Brassica napus L. in F2,'DL:ML'tended to'3:1'.It accorded with law of segregation, and proved that genes which control multilocular and normal capsular was a double of alleles located in A genome; but Brassica napus with multiloculus, created by crossing between Brassica juncea L. (AABB) and Brassica napus L.(AACC), crossed with normal Brassica napus L. in F2, the segregation of'DL:ML'was"9:1", and departed from'3:1'. It could proved that genes which control multilocular and normal capsular was not a double of alleles and genes which control multilocular was located in B genome.2.B. napus L. JN55A was crossed by 14 maintainers and restorers of PolimaCMS to research the Restorer-maintainer relationship between Polima and JN55A in this paper. The results showed that the sterility of JN55A was controlled by the sterile genes coming from cytoplasm and nuclear, and the restorer- maintainer relationship between Polima and JN55A was same, as well as the restoring and maintaining genes of JN55A were found widely, so JN55A was considered as a type of cytoplasmic male sterility as PolimaCMS.
