Using swine manure and rice bran as material,and adding 2-3%o EM microorganism preparation to the compost,windrow composting and forced aeration static pile composting were conducted.We analyzed the concerned parameters of composting,including:nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,germination index,E.coil, roundworm egg and so on.According to the different nutrition level requirement,we produced the organic-inorganic for mini-tomato and hot pepper and the different treatments were investigated,the fertilizer treatment include high nitrogen treatment, high phosphorus treatment,high potassium treatment,and high nitrogen treatment in twice application,high nitrogen treatment applied in granular form.At the same time, we designed a temperature/oxygen content-based aeration control system.The results indicated that the mixture of swine and rice bran by the pile of composting and forced aeration static pile with 2-3‰EM.Both of them have heating phase,high temperature phase and depressing phase.The high temperature phrase is 23d and 21d in the composting and forced aeration static piles respectively.E.coil and roundworm egg kill ratio is 0.048,100%in the composting pile and both of that are 0.063,100 %in the forced aeration static pile.The results show that the thermophilic durations are fit to the sanitary standard.1.Using swine manure and rice bran as material,and adding 2-3‰EM microorganism preparation to the compost,windrow composting and forced aeration static pile composting were conducted.Both of them are experiencing heating phase, high temperature phase and depressing phase.The high temperature phrase is 23d and 21d in the composting and forced aeration static piles respectively.E.coil and roundworm egg kill ratio is 0.58%,100%in the composting pile and both of that are 0.63%,100%in the forced aeration static pile.The results show that the thermophilic durations are fit to the sanitary standard.2.The growth status,yields and quality of mini-tomato and hot pepper,including the content of vitamin C,NO3-,and soluble sugar,under different organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer treatments were investigated,the fertilizer treatments were,high nitrogen treatment,high phosphorus treatment,high potassium treatment,and high nitrogen treatment in twice application,high nitrogen treatment applied in granular. The results indicated that the growth of mini-tomato and hot pepper seedling was prevented to some extent,when phosphorus application amount was 0.1 g P2O5/kg soil in the fertilizer,but the seedling growth was not prevented when the phosphorus application amount was 0.2g P2O5/kg soil,after adding 0.1 g P2O5/kg for each fertilizer, the restriction of phosphorus was alleviated.In the 5 kinds of organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer,the high nitrogen treatment applied in seedling stage and primary fruit stage respectively,gained the highest yield and the best quality,and the high potassium treatment ranked the second.That means,increasing nitrogen and potassium content of the fertilizer to some extent,and applied in two times,when there is no phosphorus restriction,were helpful to obtain best effect in both yield and quality,in the pot experiment of mini-tomato and also increasing potassium content of the fertilizer to some extent,was helpful to obtain best effect in both yield and quality,in the pot experiment of hot pepper.3.The forced aeration static pile composting system which could monitor the upper,middle and lower layer temperature,the humidity of middle layer,the oxygen content and so on was constructed.It could adjust the switch of the fanner to make the compost in the best situation according the state variable.The fanner stopped while the middle layer temperature is under 45℃.The oxygen content determines the fanner's state if the middle layer temperature is between 45℃~60℃.If the oxygen content is less than or equal to 3%,the fanner is on and the fanner is off if the oxygen content is greater than or equal to 17%.The fanner is on while the middle layer temperature of is up or equal to 60℃.
