Greenhouse agriculture is the advanced production methods of agricultural production and is an effective and efficient means of agricultural production. Of which the automatic control technology of greenhouse environment and R&D of automatic operating equipment is vital to promote greenhouse agriculture development. In accordance with the development and technical level of our country's greenhouse, it is important to develop the automatic operating platform equipment of greenhouse. The automatic platform is based on the characteristics of Chinese greenhouse agriculture. It is used to work for planting vegetables with soil tillage in greenhouse environment of the six meter single span. It can implement soil preparing, sowing, cropping, irrigating, fertilizing and other serials of operation. With multi-purpose in one platform achieved, the cost is to be reduced. The platform can process in two ways of manually and fully automated control in the greenhouse operation. Its walking mechanism can spot turn in 90 degrees, and transfer into the next greenhouse instead of turning round in a common way. According to this requirement of platform, agricultural library and the 180°switch are designed in several aspect as follows:1. In accordance with the characteristics of greenhouse agricultural operation and automatic platform functional requirements, build a prototype platform with three-dimensional SolidWorks2007 software. Confirm its main components and functions of various parts, and determine articulated agricultural manner of the automatic platform, working principle and the functions required in the articulated parts.2. Introducing the design parameters of three-dimensional modeling of parts of the suspension, and providing different cross-section of body mass and three-dimensional graphics, are a basic work of kinematics power analysis. Analysising the principle of the 180°switch and the source of driving force. According to the driving method, it simply introduces the methods about stop and lock of the 180°digital device. Using the kinematic analysis of SolidWorks software's own plug-COSMOS Motion Motion Simulation, and introducing the function of the COSMOS Motion. And we can use the plug-ins to analysis the motion simulation of the transposition. According to the simulation results, we can get the optimal solution of the thrust under the constraints.3.First,introducing the program analysis and choices, analysising the characteristics of several drive. According to cost savings, reduced maintenance and increased productivity, we use chain-type drive. Second,according to the feature, we can choose the right way to stop and to lock. Finally according to the simulation results, we can come to exert in the scope of the manual manipulation , the body can maintain a good state of movement. 4.It introduces the design model of the database tools from the conceptual design, structural design and part design. And we use the plug-ins to analysis the motion simulation of the agricultural tool and the agricultural library. According to the simulation results, we can get the optimal solution of the thrust under the constraints.
