The platform of the greenhouse automatic production is a automatic system used for greenhouse farming,who works in the graeenhouse whose single house clear span is 6m and for soil vegetables,and walks on the rolled path at the two sides of greenhouse. It can cultivate, seed, crop, irrigate, fertilize, weed and harvest. The platform has a great significance in improving the China's agricultural mechanization level, reducing greenhouse cost of production, and improving production efficiency. The paltform needs reciprocating in the longitudinal direction of farm to farm the farm crop, and it needs moving to other house to continue work when the paltform is in the end of farm. If the platform walks as the traditional vehicle, it will swerve two times continuous which will cause uneven cultivated and blank spot. So it is wanted to swerve orthogonally instead cycloidally swerve. The paltform is wanted pivot turn the wheels to a degree of 90. The body of platform is not turned. When the platform walks to other house, the wheels pivot turn a drgee of 90 again, and the platform can work again. In this case the drive joint is needed working well in a more than 90-degree angle. The research of drive joint has a greater significance to the applied range and applied effect of platform.According to this requirement of platform, the parper had an in-depth study in several aspect as follows:The joint mainly used is understood such as: cross universal joints, duplex type joint, ball-cage type constant velocity joint, three pivot shafts type joint,and so on. The biggest angular displacement of joints is 60 degree,so if it is used on the platform,two points should be installed in parallel what would lead to more complex structure and lowwer transmission efficiency. In the study,it is finded that the angular displacement of a RCCR space mechanism can be changed in the range of 180 degree, but it is still in the research stage. That is why this paper researched the mechanism especially.The movement of RCCR space mechanism is analysed,and the parameter of displacement, velocity and acceleration. the case of movement is discussed detailedly at the followed. Movement characteristics of the two dowel steels and the joint point of two dowel steels are analysed in the different movement case.The sanctions in the each pair is calculated by the method which is pair is replaced by sanctions, and the sanctions and restraint moment is worked out. The case of load transferring is analysed in brief.Model of RCCR space mechanism is designed by Solidworks soft ware, and is assembled. the movement emulation is realized by Cosmosmotion soft ware, from which movement parameters and sanctions can be gained. At last the emulation result is compared with the theoretical result.
