| A. polytricha is both popular healthy food and medicine. It can be widely cultivated, and bring high yield and economic benefit. A. polytricha is a wood-rotten fungi. It often grows on the wild rotten wood in summer and autumn. Sawdust is widely used in the artificial cultivation. Therefore, the effects of different cultivated materials on the growth and quality of A. polytricha (yellow back 10) were researched through the different contents of the local crop waste corncob and other materials. The results were as follows:1. Corncob is abundant in carbon, but when it was used as the material to cultivate A. polytricha, other materials (e.g. wheat bran) that provided abundant N were needed in order to regulate the ratio of carbon and nitrogen. The contents of mineral elements such as phosphate were little in corncob, so wheat bran should be added in order to improve the utilization of raw materials.2. The growth speed of mycelium was faster than the control when corncob was used as main culture medium. A. polytricha could be sold 5 days earlier than the control.The nutrition indicators of fruiting body of A. polytricha were not lower than that of the control when corncob was used as main culture medium.Biological transformation rate increased with the proportion of corncob rising when A polytricha was cultivated through sawdust and corncob mixed medium. The biological transformation rate was 145.09% when the proportion of corncob was 67%. It was 25.25% higher than that of the control.3. The total output(150 bags) of the vertical cultivation was 10.7kg more than that of the racked cultivation, yield increasing rate was 5.95%, and increased economic benefit 42.8ï¿¥. The biological tansformation rate of the vertical cultivation was 8.15% more than that of the racked cultivation.The yield of inverted cultivation was 12.65 kg more than that of the control. The yield increasing rate was 17.20%. Each fungus bag could increase 0.24ï¿¥income.The study showed that A. polytricha in local can only produce for one season, and only suitable produces in summer.The production cycle needs about 90 days, otherwise A. polytricha left in the past endlessly, leading to the underproduction. The compositive character of the disposal 2 performance is the best, and its plantation and generalization are the more suitable in high elevation condition.The study provided the science basis for A. polytricha in the local cultivation of the high production and the promotion, and choosing the corncob cultivation material of the material easily, cost inexpensive, non-environmental pollution, high economic efficiency in locality.And summarizing the corresponding management technology of the vertical and inverting cultivation, providing the scientific basis for the cultivation and the promotion of A. polytricha in the locality. |
