Ectomycorrhiza is a symbiont that formed from mycorrhizal fungi in the soil with the roots of higher plants. Korean pine is ectomycorrhiza dependent, while there are many litters under the Korean pine forest and its decomposition is an important part of the material circulation in ecological system, the roots of plant absorpt and utilizes nutrient release from litter by decomposition fungi.The process of forest material circulation, the growth of trees, and the catabolism of litter and ectomycorrhizal fungi are closely linked. This subject mainly studied Korean pine ectomycorrhizal fungi and respectively and the correlation between the decomposition of the litter.This experiment mainly on the mycorrhizal fungi collected, and the preliminary investigation of fungi wild fungus determined by cultivating conditions, the pot experiment was designed to mycorrhizal infection rate, plant biomass, plant growth process and litter in the remaining N, P, K content of soil nutrients, and the main nutrient element changes matrix analysis indexes.Experimental results show that, through the XiaoXingAnLing national nature reserve Korean pine forest macro fungi investigation, collection a total of 22 of ectomycorrhizal fungi. On the separation of 14 kinds of wild fungi were cultured root analyses results show that:the most the most appropriate in glucose strains for carbon sources, to peptone as nitrogen source of PDMA, MMN medium and grow on each other, except the growth of the Sg is relatively slowly in the PDA. The 14 strains were mostly species under high temperature, the optimal temperature is 29℃, a few for low temperature, in 25℃-26℃scope grow best. Most bacteria in pH5-7 to slant acerbity grow best neutral bacteria. Application of the response surface method determines the media after inoculated strains optimization KH2PO4 formula for 0.3 g/L, peptone 16g/L, glucose 12g/L.we analyze the characteristic of Korean pine ectomycorrhizal fungi litter mixed vaccination increased loose on soil matrix N, P, K nutrient absorption utilization, through ectomycorrhizal fungi in Korean pine and litter decomposition nutrient transfer energy flux variation, composite inoculation treatment effect is significantly better than single mycorrhizal fungi inoculated with control processing, And composite vaccination quickened litter of N, P, K nutrient release process, promote the loose on the use of nutrient litter. Under the high P nutrition conditions (Omg/kg), the mixed cultivating of mycorrhizal fungi and litter make the process which plant absorpt and utilizes nutrient from soil and litter more significantly.
