Objective:To observe the Kang Ning Hu XinⅡeffects of myocardial damage troponin (cTn-T) and ventricular arrythmias in ECG investigate the effects of the Kang NingYang XinⅡeffects of myocardial reperfusion injury.Methods:In this experiments, the rats were divided into sham group, model, Kang Ning Hu XinⅡlow-dose group, Kang Ning Hu XinⅡhigh-dose group, Tongxinluo Capsule group.Were given saline, saline, Kang Ning Hu XinⅡlow-dose, Kang Ning Hu XinⅡhigh-dose, Tongxinluo Capsule for two weeks after the model, in the left anterior descending ligation, reperfusion, meantimes lead the ECG before and after the infusion of the monitorⅡ, mining hepatic portal vein, collecting samples.By enzyme linked immuosorbent assay detected troponin T concentration.Results: Kang Ning Hu XinⅡgroup compared with the model group troponin T values lower than the latter,the difference between the groups was significant (p<0.05, p<0.05). Kang Ning Hu XinⅡlow-dose group and Kang Ning Hu XinⅡhigh-dose group compared troponin T short-term effect of the numerical significant difference(p<0.05). The ventricular arrythmias happened in Kang ing Hu XinⅡhigh-and low-dose group and Tongxinluo Capsule group were lower than the model,and there is no significant difference among the previous three groups.Conclusion:Kang Ning Hu XinⅡcan reduce the content of troponin of acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,and reduce ventricular arrythmias in ECG,so Kang Ning Hu XinⅡhas a protective effect in the myocardial reperfusion injury. |
