| Objective:To stydy the influences of pedicaled paraspinal muscle transplantion cooprated with Tong Du Yi Sui Decoction (TD) on hind limbs movements and morphology of ingured spinal cord tissues of rats with spinal cord ingury,and explore its action mechanism.Methods:Rats were applicated in the experimental study,and randomly divided into four groups:sham operation group,model group, pure surgical operation treatment (treatment group 1), surgical operation match TD medicine treatment group (treatment group 2). Rats in sham operation group had only laminectomy performed and no spinal cord injury; rats in other three groups were ingured at the level of T10 spinal segment of the rats by the aneurysm clip. Rats in treatment group one had only pedicaled paraspinal muscle transplantation, and rats in treatment group two were given TD after given surgical operation treatment. After models were made successfully,rats in the front three groups were fed with saline. The functional tests were performed at day 1,3,5,7,21and28. And theResults:The function of the spinal cord of rats in varying degrees to resume. There is no significant difference between the function tests of the three groups before 5days after injury(P> 0.05). From the 7th day, the treatment group 1, treatment group 2 compared with model group differences were significant (P<0.01). From the 21th days,the difference between treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was significant (P<0.05). And the necrosis,liquefaction and dissolution of nerve cells were less serious than the model group. Conclusions:The pedicaled paraspinal muscle transplantation cooprated with TD can improve the structural recovery of the injured spinal cord and enhance the functional recovery of the injured rats. |
