Medicine Basil Capsule Transplanted Rat Liver Cancer After Tace Role In Tumor Invasion And Recurrence Mechanism

Objective:To study inhibitory effects of basil capsule invasion and recurrence of liver cancer after TACE the role and mechanism of intervention on the concept of Chaluo Le capsule in rat liver after TACE simulated local tumor angiogenesis, apoptosis and cell motility, in order to Basil Capsules Chinese medicine treatment of liver cancer secondary TACE provide a theoretical basis.Methods:The experimental study in two parts, one rat transplanted liver cancer animal model of hepatic arterial chemoembolization standardized. Subcapsular inoculation of liver tumors using the block method of Walker-256 rat liver transplantation model was successfully implemented rats after hepatic arterial chemoembolization for treatment.2, Basil capsules transplanted rat hepatic artery chemoembolization invasion and metastasis of experimental research, testing is divided into five groups:non-TACE group, TACE+saline group, TACE+basil low-dose group, TACE+basil in the dose group, TACE+basil high-dose group, on the TACE group simulation TACE treatment of TACE+basil simulation TACE treatment group, while given different doses of basil capsule gavage.Immunohistochemical method to detect the experimental rats liver lesions after TACE of iNOS and OPN protein expression; serological detection of serum AFP level; light microscopy liver histopathological changes, from angiogenesis, apoptosis, cell motility and other aspects of research on Chinese basil capsule transplanted rat liver cancer invasion and metastasis after TACE intervention mechanism.Results:The traditional Chinese medicine Basil capsules, which help liver tissue iNOS and OPN expression was markedly decreased, and significantly reduce the postoperative serum AFP level; by Basil capsule in treating tumors in rats after reduced tumor weight decreased.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine capsule basil transplanted liver cancer by inhibiting the local blood vessels of newborn after TACE and promote tumor cell apoptosis, reduce cell sports preventing liver cancer recurrence and metastasis after TACE. In this study, Chinese medicine TACE treatment of liver cancer secondary basil capsule provides a theoretical basis.
