Objective:Informed that emotional factors could definitely cause hypertension and a vasoendothelial dialation disorder, this study is designed to discuss the relationship between the fear factor and the vasoendothelial dialating function in the early stage of hypertension. Methods:This study falls into 2 parts:Animal experiments and human affection stimulating experiments. The influence of fear factor on the vasoendothelial dialating function of the SHR could be observed through comparison. Both the patients with fear tendency and those with no positive emotional tendency are requested to watch a horror movie before their vasoendothelial dialating function are observed. Then the practitioners make up a database to analyze all the study results in the way of independent-samples T test statistical analysis with theSPSS16.0 statistic software. Results:The freezing time of the rats in the experimental group is quite different from that in the control group(P<0.01),and the concentration of plasma NO,ET,UT II,TXA2 and 6-keto-PGF1a are all different as well(P<0.05).The HE staining on the cells from ascending aorta of the rats gets no positive result(P>0.05).Variation in the blood pressure of all the clinical participants after watching the movie is significant statistically(P<0.05), there's a difference between the 2 emotional tendency groups. The concentration of plasma ET,UT II,TXA2 and 6-keto-PGFla are all different as well(P<0.05). Conclusion:Fear factor could influence the dialating function of the vascular endothelium in early hypertension. |
