Objective:to observe the clinical effect on female chloasma of Qi and Blood stagnation syndrome with Traditional Chinese Medicines XiaoYaoWan and rolling needle.Methods:62 patients with female chloasma of Qi and Blood stagnation syndrome were divided into two groups randomly,including treatment group which has 31 patients and control group which has 31 patients. The treatment group use the method of Traditional Chinese Medicines XiaoYaoWan and rolling needle.And the control group use the method of Traditional Chinese Medicines XiaoYaoWan and Scraping.After the treatment,we observe the treatment effects and the side effects of the treatment group and control group.Result:In the treatment of the chloasma of Qi and Blood stagnation syndrome,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87%, the total effective rate of the control group was 77%; the excellence rate was 65% in the treatment group and 39% in control. After the statistical analysis, two groups of clinical total effectiveness not obvious differences (p>0.05), two groups reveal lead to have the remarkable difference (p<0.05), the treatment group reveals leads to surpass the comparison group.Conclusion the treatment group has special effects.Conclusion:Results suggested that XiaoYaoWan and rolling needle had satisfactory clinical efficacy for the chloasma of Qi and Blood stagnation syndrome. The method of the treatment is simple which is worth to having more clinical researches and using in the clinic.
