Cardiopulmonary Resuscition (CPR),the most effective measure of treating the case of sudden death,has Import significance on clinic. But it often has bad effect of recover because of been operated by medical person who usually make a mistake such as: press wrong part, have difficult to grasp to the pressing depth, press in not rule frequency, have no accurate ratio of pressing and relax time and can not attend to one thing without losing track of another thing with the breath. Insteading of medical person's operation, the development of CPR device can get over those shortcomings and advance CPR's curative effect. This paper research the CPR Monitoring and Controlling system from a medical perspective and a control perspective ,make the examination of the effect and the Intelligent control of the parameter come true, make real-time examination to patient physiology parameter and then analyses the CPR effect quantitatively, and adjust the pressing depth and frequency according to the patients'effect of CPR.First, this paper illustrate the background, purpose and meaning of the research, and have a briefness introduction of the medicine mechanism of CPR. Second, it studied the signal processor (which includes digital filtering of ECG and pulse signals) and control system of CPR, BP estimates and design of expert control system of CPR. According to the requirement of system , dural-CPU structure is designed based on DSP and MCU. The position mach ion is DSP(TMS320C542) which is responsible for data acquisition and data processing by the algorithms, the subordinate machine is MCU(AT89C51)which is responsible for generating control signals ,system setting and managing the man-machine interface. A liquid crystal display (LCD)is adopted to show the information of patient and system . Based on the completion of the hardware design, software structure and the corresponding part of the design establish a foundation for further research of CPR monitoring and controlling.
