Study On Expert System Of Gas Chromatography Fingerprint In Traditional Chinese Medicine

In this paper,the rationale and the framework of the GC Fingerprint Expert System of the traditional Chinese medicine(ES)has been investigated.On the basis of "Digitized evaluation system for super-information characteristics of chromatographic fingerprints in traditional Chinese medicine"(3.0),GC as the main analytical tools,through making the Expert knowledge and correlated problem solution logical and sequencing,the rationale and the framework of the ES has been established.The framework include:the literature enquiry module(LEM),the module recommended the methods according to families(FRM),the module recommended common methods(CRM)and the data evaluation module.The main achievements as follow:The establishment of the LEM:Through collecting and consulting a large number of gas fingerprints associated literature and extracting the necessary material,the information was converted into data and were stored in the data base of ES,after analyzing and organizing. Currently,the data of 40 herbs have been filled.The establishment of the FRM:Considered that the medical material in a family contains the similar chemical components,and the analytical methods may be approximate. The common points were summarized through analysis of the correlate literature,and the FRM has been founded.The establishment of the CRM:The CRM is the core part of ES.It was found after serious discussing and consulting with GC fingerprints experts of Chinese medicine,i.e..The essence of the CRM is to mimic the establishment and optimization of GC fingerprint experiment in laboratory.In accordance with the recommendation and guidance by the CRM, Users can carry on fingerprint study tests followed the procedures.During each of the trial process,CRM could give the corresponding recommendation or guidance based on the knowledge of experts in strict accordance with the "the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprints".Some experimental verification had been carried out.Asarum heterotropoides was chosen as objective medicine.Under the guidance of the expert system,the method of GC fingerprint for Asarum heterotropoides has been established.This method had been applied to evaluate the quality of Asarum heterotropoides and satisfactory results had been obtained. The experts system had been proved to be scientific and correct initially.
