| [Object] To investigate the possible relationship between ACTA,TNF-α, IL-6 and chronic fetal distress,we study the expression of above-mentioned index between fetal distress patients and normal pregnant group. It provides evidences to predict fetal distress early.[Methods] We not only used immunohistochemistry to study the expression of ACTA,TNF-α,IL-6 in human placenta, but also used ELISA to detect serum level of them in mother's body, umbilical vein and amniotic fluid between 63 cases of chronic fetal distress patients and 66 cases of normal pregnant patients.[Results] ACTA,TNF-α,IL-6 generous expressed in syncytiotrophoblast, cytotrophoblasts and endothelial cell of villous capillaries in the placenta of chronic fetal distress patients. The expression intensity and positive rate of ACTA,TNF-α,IL-6 expressed in placenta obtained from case groups increased significantly compared with the normal groups. Moreover, the serum level of above-mentioned index from case groups in mother and cord blood were higher than that of normal groups. However, there were no significant difference between case groups and control groups at the concentration of ACTA,TNF-α,IL-6 in amniotic fluid.[Conclusions] The factors of ACTA,TNF-α,IL-6 have a few relationship with occurrence and development of chronic fetal distress. The detection level of above-mentioned index in mother's blood and core blood have clinical value to assess the patients'conditions of fetal distress. |
