Objective:1. To study the characteristics of the epidemiology of measles.2. To know the antibody level of the people in the year after measles prevalent.3. To analyze the changes of the antibody level fore-and-aft supplementary immunization, and appraise the effect of the supplementary immunization of measles vaccine.4. Offering the epidemiological evidence for further controlling the disease and working out the rated strategy.Method:1. To get the data of measles was reported by the measles surveillance system in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in 2004~2008, the way of descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted including the characteristics of the epidemiology and the factors influencing the measles distribution.2. Serological cross-sectional study was used to analysis the antibody level of the people in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps after the year measles prevalent. We chose the population of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as the subjects, and divided them into 12 age groups. There are more than 45 serum samples which were chose randomly in each age group.we have collected 1415 eligible serum samples. After supplementary immunization, we had followed 451 childern and we draw-out the second serum sample from the 414 children after one month.3. The measles virus specific IgG antibody was detected by EL ISA.4. All the calculations and statistics were performed with the computer program, We use SPSS13.0 statistical packages, single factor analysis using Chi-square test, t-test, one way ANOVA, multiple factor analysis using non-conditional logistic regression analysis and liner regression analysis.Result:1. In2004-2009, The result showed that a total of 1545 measles cases were reported in 2004~2009. The measles average incidence was 10.00/100,000, The epidemic periodicity was 4years. Most of the case appeared in March and May. The proportion of the meales case<8 month and≥15 yeas old have been increasing in recent years. The measles incidence in the south (31.43/100,000) was higher than the north (17.51/100,000)2. The results showed that the total measles IgG antibody positive rate of the population was 85.5%, and the geometric mean consistency (GMC) was 811mIU/ml. The antibody among the children of younger than 2 years old,and 15~34 age group.The total measles IgG antibody positive rate of the south was 92.0%, and the geometric mean consistency (GMC) was 1126mIU/ml. But the north was 79.5% and 586 mIU/ml, level of measles IgG antibody of the south area is higher than the north ((χ2=346.456,P<0.001; F=23.254, P<0.001)3. Multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed:Age, address, immune history and measleas history was important risk factors of the level of IgG antibody.4. Measles serum IgG positive rate of children of between 8 month and 6 years old increased from 88.9% to 99.0%.GMC increased from905 mIU/ml to 2410 mIU/ml. After supplementary immunization, Measles serum IgG positive rate has increased 10.1 percents and GMC has increased 2.7 times. But the different between the difference fore-and-aft supplementary immunization of measles vaccine have statistics significanc (χ2=37.55, P<0.001; t=-21.66, P<0.001)Conclusion;1. The epidemiology characters were changed remarkably in recent 5 years. The measles cases distributed among under 8 month old and older than 15 years. The measles incidence in the south was higher than the north。2. The measles serum IgG positive rate of the people in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is not high. The children under than 2 years old and the people between 15~34 were high risk people.3. Efficacy of measles follow-up campaigns was very significant, and reducing the number of person at risk.
