Study On Quality Standard Of Pac-1 Hydrochlor

PAC-1 hydrochloride is a completely new compound.It has high selectivity to procaspase-3 whose concentrations are overranged.That induces the cell apoptosis.The invention of PAC-1 takes a new anticancer strategy that may prove beneficial in treating many cancers which procaspase-3 concentrations are increased.There is not reasonable or efficient standard to control PAC-1 hydrochloride's quality in the worldwide.Our research aims to learn every aspect on the quality of PAC-1 hydrochloride in order to establish a base of drawing a quality standard.The melting point,the solubility and the absorptivity(E_1cm^1%)were investigated. Chemical method,UV,IR and HPLC were combined to identify PAC-1.The sulfate and malysite, loss on drying,residue on ignition,heavy metal and arsenic was checked,and their contents were limited.The RP-HPLC was adopted to test the related substances in PAC-1 hydrochloride,and the methodology of the method was investigated.Two methods to determine the assay of PAC-1 were established,which are Kjeldah method and RP-HPLC.From the study,quality standard of PAC-1 hydrochlor(ground-plan)was drafted.It provided a guideline with quality control.
