The tablet has effect of activating blood and reducing bump, anti-inflammation and diminishing pain. It is used for injuries from all kinds of falls. It has remarkable curative effect and small harmful reaction through long clinical practice. However, it has many defection, such as taking large dosages every day, harmful smell and inconvenient to eat and so on. So I study it.Take alcohol as solvent to extract Radix Notoginseng and take water as solvent to extract Radix paeoniae rubra. Through orthogonal test, I establish optimum alcohol extraction process and optimum water extraction process. Optimum alcohol extraction process consists of 5 folds 70% alcohol, refluxing for 3 times and 1.5h each time ;0ptimum water extraction process is composed of 9 folds of water, refluxing for 3 times and 1h each time. Meantime, Study solution condensed relative density and vacuum dryness temperature. The result shows that paeoniflorin content is the most when solution relative density is 1. 30~1.32 (60°C), Paeoniflorin is relative steady in sample when dryness temperature is 60°CAdapt TLC to distinguish five herbs, examine each index on the basis of the rule of tablet in Chinese Pharmaceustics 2005. Adapt HPLC to examine paeoniflorin content in sample, carry methodology review and establish quality controlled standard: Paeoniflorin content in sample is 4. 8mg each tablet, average recovery is 98.49%, RSD: 0.68%.
