Charge transfer reaction belongs to that kind of reaction in which charge transfer complex is formed by charge transferring between electron donor and electron accepter.Charge transfer spectrometry that is used in pharmaceutical analysis in brief, fast and exact. So it appears to good application foreground. The thesis presented here focuses mainly on the application of charge transfer spectrometry in the determination of antibiotic and the charge transfer-synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy was proposed for the determination of AK in serum and urine, which may be divided into the following five parts.Part one:ReviewsThis review could be divided into two parts:in the first part, the formation mechanism of charge-transfer complex and its application in medicine, chemistry were described. In the second part,we mainly introduced the study on application of synchronous fluorescence spectrometry in pharmaceutical analysis.Part two:Spectrophotometric determination of roxithromycin by the charge transfer reactionThe charge-transfer(CT) reaction between roxithromycin as the electron donor and iodine as the electron accepter has been studied by spectrophotometric method. The experiments indicated that in alcohol solution can form charge transfer complex with iodine, the composition ratio was 1:1.5,λmax was at 290,360nm,the absorbance was linearly related to the concentration of roxithromycin in the range of 2~500 mg/L.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of roxithromycin in capsules and dispersible tablets, the results are in good agreement with the official method. The recovery of roxithromycin was over 96%.Part Three:Fluorescence spectrometric determination of amikacin by charge transfer reactionA new sensitive method for determination of AK has been developed based on the charge transfer reaction between AK as the electron donor and DDQ as the electron acceptor by fluorimetry. The method has been applied to the determination of AK in preparations with satisfactory results. The recoveries of AK were from 96.15% to 103.42%。Part Four:The determination of AK in urine and serum by charge transfer-synchronous fluorescence spectroscopyThe charge transfer-synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy and the charge transfer-first order derivate synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy were proposed and used for the determination of AK in serum and urine with satisfactory results. The proposed method is simple, sensitive and low determination limit. It established methodological foundation for therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetics of AK.Part Five:conclusions and prospectIn this part, the conclusions, innovative pionts and scarcities of this research are summarized and a prospect to the next work is given.
