The relict drug analysis in criminal science area is critical analysis technique. It mainly detects and analyses trace components in complex commixture. For its particularity in criminal procedure, it requires fine-operation, high sensitivity and specificity. As we know, biological specimen has complex components and various physicochemical properties for its enormous category. We can't find any relict analysis method for multi-compounds that could apply to all kinds of drug so far.In this dissertation, we have studied on the effects of microwave solvent recovery with some fact such as, pressure, temperature and ect. Moreover, we have focused on the purification of grease and cholesterol in biological specimen with GPC. basiong on these research subject, we introduce a new analysis method for relict drug analysis.First, in Chapter II a method was developed for the decontaminate and concentration of thepesticide ,soporific and narcotics in biological tissue using GPC online concentrator. Some factors influencing decontaminate and concentration efficiency, such as the parameters of GPC- Forerun Main faction and vacuum etc, were optimized After optimizing the parameters of instrument, The medicament recoveries were improved. The recoveries of the twenty-four medicaments were from 71% to 98% and the RSDs were from 0.7% to 7%. the proposed method was proved to be accurate, good recoveries It is a efficient decontaminate and concentration method in the practice of analysis of samples in some criminal cases.Next, the microwave extraction methods of determination for poison in blood coupled with GC/MSMS or GC/MS (Chapter III to V) In Chapter III a method was developed for the determination of the organophosphate insecticides in blood using microwave extraction-GC/MSMS. Some factors influencing microwave extraction efficiency such as extraction time and temperature were compared in methods The operating conditions of microwave extraction of organophosphate insecticides in blood with GC/MSMS were also investigated. Results showed that the recoveries of organophosphate insecticides were from 63% to96.8% and the RSDs were from 1.76% to 11.07% (n=4). The lowest detection limits (LODs) were 5 to 60ng/mL. Conclusion of the method shows great selectivity, high sensitivity good reproductivity. Also it shorten the length of the test and can obviate the interference comes from impurities as well.it is a rapid and efficient method in puarantine forensic toxicology etc.At last in Chapter IV, to set up a method for the determination and decontamination of carbamate pesticides and kill silkworm toxin in human blood using microwave extraction-PTV-GC/MS The pesticides were determined by gas chromatography with mass selective etectionin SIM model programmed temperature vaporization(PTV) large volume injector(LVI)was applied to inject the sample To improve the extraction effiiency, experimental parameters on the extraction, such as extraction time and temperature were investigated. The rates of recovery ranged from 68% to 91 % .
