In recent years, our courtries'Anti-Narcotics struggle is still very serious in the impact of drugs abuse of world. Heroin abuse is not effectively controlled, amphetamine drugs have replaced heroin as the drug category of our courtries'major drug. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish an accurate, rapid detection method which was applied to biological samples of heroin and amphetamine drugs. In this paper, the use of microwave extraction and liquid-liquid extraction of heroin and amphetamine drugs in blood and urine were studied.A method was developed for the determination of methamphetamine (MA), 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine ( MDA ) and 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine ( MDMA ) in human blood by using microwave extraction - gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography/mass spectrum(GC/MS). To improve the extraction efficiency, experimental parameters on the extraction, including such as extraction solvent and its amount, pH value of urine sample, extraction time and temperature were investigated. The optimal conditions in blood were as follows: the pH of blood sample at 13, ethyl acetate as extraction solvent, extraction at 30℃for 10 min. Using this method, MA, MDA and MDMA need not be derivatized and can be separated from the matrix. The results indicate that the developed method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of MA, MDA and MDMA in blood samples.A method was developed for the determination of MA, MDA, MDMA in human urine by using microwave extraction - gas chromatography(GC) and gas chromatography/mass spectrum(GC/MS). To improve the extraction efficiency, experimental parameters on the extraction, including such as extraction solvent and its amount, pH value of urine sample, extraction time and temperature were investigated. The optimal conditions in urine were as follows: the pH value of urine sample at pH12, cyclohexane as extraction solvent, extraction at 40℃for 10 min. Using this method, MA, MDA and MDMA need not be derivatized and can be separated from the matrix. The results indicate that the developed method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of MA, MDA and MDMA in urine samples.A method was developed for the determination of codeine, morphine, 3-monoacethylmorphine (O3) in human blood by using liquid-liquid extraction - gas chromatography/mass spectrum (GC/MS). To improve the extraction efficiency, experimental parameters on the extraction, including such as extraction solvent and its amount, pH value of blood sample, extraction time, derivatives and its mount were investigated. It indicates that the method is simple, greatly improving the efficiency of the samples processing.
