Objective:To explore the influence of Aiweixin liquid on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats on apoptosis of cardiomyocytes.Methods: Thirty male Wistar rats, weighting(200~250)g, were divided into 3 groups randomly: They were sham-operation group, Ischemia reperfusion injury group (I/R) and Aiweixin precondition group, each group is 10 rats. The model of MIRI was produced.Recorded the electrocardiogram whole journey. Observed the ST-T segment and The change of arrhythmia cordis, The cardiac muscle contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) were detected respectively. The protein expression of Bcl-2,Bax and Caspase-3 was studied by Immunohistchemicalstaining.Results:1.Aiweixin liquid reduced the shifting of ST-T extent and inhibited the occurrence of arrhythmia which induced by MIRI(P<0.05).2. Aiweixin liquid can decrease the cardiac muscle contents of MDA significantly and improve the activity of GSH-PX(P<0.01) 3. The protein expressions of Bax and Caspase-3 on myocardial cells were decreased (P<0.01) and Bcl-2 was increased significantly(P<0.01) in Aiweixin precondition group as compared with that of the ischemia-reperfusion group. Conclusion:Aiweixin liquid exerts a protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, One of the protective mechanism may be repressing the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes. |
