Objective:To detect the expression and dependablity of EBV, ERK1and Ki67 in the breast cancer group and the normal control; and then to fath whether the expression of EBV, ERK1 and Ki67 has any difference in the breast cancer group and in the normal control; further more, via analyzing the interrelationship between EBV,ERK1 and Ki67 in the breast cancer, to investigate the relation between the breast cancer and EBV, the pathogenesis of the breast cancer and its significance to the clinical research.Methods:with the method of hybridization in situ and immunohistochemical method, to detect the expression of EBV,ERK1 and Ki67 in 40 cases of mammary gland infitrating ductal carcinoma group and in 40 cases of latero-cancer normal control.Results:1. EBV has masculine expression in the mammary gland infitrating ductal carcinoma group(9/40), while no expression in the normal control(0/40)P<0.05.EBV's expression has no significant difference in the mammary gland infitrating ductal carcinoma group at distinct differantiation degrees,whether any lymph node transfer or not,in different clincal stages.2. The expression of ERK1 in mammary gland infitrating ductal carcinoma group(24/40) is higher than in the normal control(14/40), P<0.05,which has statistical significance. ERK1's expression increases when the fractionations of histology increases.But it has no dignificant difference whether any lymph node transfer or not, or in different clinical stages.3. The expression of Ki67 in mammary gland infitrating ductal carcinoma group (29/40)is higher than in the normal control(6/40), P<0.05,which has statistical significance. Ki67's expression increases when the fractionations of histology and the linical stages increases.But it has no dignificant difference when any lymph node transfer or not. 4. No definite relation was found among EBV, ERK1and Ki67 in the mammary gland infitrating ductal carcinomaConclusions:1. EBV infection may be one of the causes that leads to the mammary gland infitrating ductal carcinoma.2. ERK1 hypsi-expression may play certain role in the carcinogenesis and development of mammary gland infitrating ductal carcinoma.3. Ki67 can be regarded as an important index to judge the potency of the mammary gland infitrating ductal carcinoma.4. No definite relation was found among EBV, ERK1and Ki67 in the mammary gland infitrating ductal carcinoma.
